As I listened to you and Dick (or Dak, not sure) in the background, the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw "Little Scoot" was Phil 3:14 -"I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."
I know how much you, like me, love The Message and I love how it puts this verse, "...but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back."
What a beautiful picture of us as Christians pushing on to the ultimate prize which is Jesus--with God cheering us on saying "you can do it"!! What a wonderful thought to begin my Sunday morning with.
