The Joy Swap

Earlier this month I was so excited to take part in a swap of goodies hosted by Monica and Carrie. I had never done one so I was really excited to participate. How it works is Monica posted on her blog that they were doing another swap, this one being The Joy Swap, for CHRISTmas (each one is named different). You have to be a regular commenter and follower on either her or Carrie's blog. Then you comment on that post and they send out an e-mail a few days later with questions on it that you answer. Then you are paired up with someone with similar answers. Then you and she share e-mails back and forth and get to know each other. How cool is that?!! It was SO fun!!

My Joy Swap Sister was Debbie Fisher. She does wonderful papercrafts!!! She is SO talented.
If you'd like to see what I sent her, please head over to her blog and check that out, and just check her out. She is so fun and you might just make a new friend.

Here are all my goodies.....

She sent me this delicious Peppermint Mocha -- YUMMM!!!!!

Look at this cute snowman that says: "May your heart rest in God's loving care!" Just what I need right now in this season. Thanks Debbie!!

I am SO enjoying this pad and pen. How cute is this and it's music notes. I absolutely love it!!! It has my CHRISTmas shopping list in it right now as we speak (no I am not done -- EEK!! =)

This cute snowman found his new home on my piano. So beautiful!!!

Debbie is so talented. She put this candle together for me.

And she then sent me this cute pot holder. I LOVE snowmen!!!!!

These were Peppermint Oreo Balls and Sir Cuteness couldn't get enough. In fact, we hid the last one so no one else would eat it and he could have it later. How sweet is that?

And she also sent me this adorable sticky pad holder.

Debbie, thank you for all the fun goodies. It was so fun getting to know you.

I got another fun package in the mail this week and I'll be posting about it with pictures next week.

Luke 1:38 (New International Version, ©2010)

38 “I am the Lord’s servant,” Mary answered. “May your word to me be fulfilled.” Then the angel left her.

Have a Beautiful weekend,
